Wishing Well Care was born from a desire to change the face of care and provide truly person-centred healthcare with dignity and respect whilst involving them in all decisions about their care. We aim to always put our people and their families first.
Our four principles are:
Treat people with dignity, compassion and respect
Provide co-ordinated care, support and treatment
Offer personalised care, support and treatment
Enable people to recognise and develop their strengths and abilities so they can live and independent and fulfilling life
Before starting any new care assignment we prepare a personalised written care plan which includes the full costs of providing the service. There are no hidden extras. We provide fully flexible care packages which can adapt as needs change.
All our carers are fully trained and have passed enhanced criminal records checks. We do not use any agency staff and all the carers are employed by Wishing Well Care directly.
Equally important are the qualities that we look for when choosing our employees such as friendliness, warmth, conscientiousness, dedication and compassion. Qualities that ensure your family receive the service they deserve and make everyday life a little better for the person receiving care.
If you meet the eligibility criteria for social care you may qualify for a personal budget from your local County Council which gives you more freedom to choose the type of care you need and which care agency to use.
Wishing Well Care Ltd is registered with the Care Quality Commission and accredited by Leicestershire County Council to provide domiciliary care services.
